The 5” Split Tail Jerkbait is a versatile soft-plastic baitfish imitation designed for an erratic darting, gliding, and swimming action that closely mimics an injured or fleeing baitfish. Its streamlined body and split-tail design give the bait a natural profile and plenty of movement in the water.

At 5 inches, this jerkbait is an excellent all-around size for targeting largemouth, smallmouth, spotted bass, walleye, white bass, stripers, and a variety of saltwater gamefish.

Fish it weightless, weedless, on a jig head, weighted hook, Texas rig, or other jerkbait-style presentations. Twitch it aggressively when fish are chasing bait or slow it down around grass, docks, timber, rocks, and other structure.
